It depends on what the site has to do — a five-page brochure site and a store with eight hundred products are not the same project. Every project gets a fixed written quote before any work starts, valid for 30 days, itemising what is included and what is not. Tell us roughly what you have in mind, including a budget range if you have one, and we will give you a real number. If we are not realistic for your budget we will say so straight away.

The honest answer is that the variable is almost never our build time — it is how quickly the content arrives. We ask for your text and images within two weeks of starting, and projects that hit that deadline finish roughly when we said they would. Your written quote gives a timeline for your specific project.

In practice: your domain and hosting are registered in your name, you get the admin logins, and you get the files. Nothing is held hostage, and you can take the site to another developer at any point without asking us. If you need a specific intellectual-property assignment written into the agreement, raise it before we start and we will put it in — better to have it in writing than to rely on goodwill.

No. There is no retainer and no minimum term. You will pay hosting and your domain to those providers directly, in your name. If you want us on an ongoing basis for updates and maintenance we will quote it separately, and you can stop whenever you like.

Yes — that is the point of building it the way we do. Your team gets admin logins, a handover session, and a walkthrough recording they can rewatch. Editing text, swapping images, adding pages or products should not require a developer.

Yes, a small credit at the bottom of the site, and we may show the finished work in our portfolio. Both are in the service agreement. We tell you now rather than let you find it after launch — if you would rather not have either, say so before we start and we will agree terms.

Yes. A good deal of our work is done entirely over email and video. Our hours are 10:00 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Saturday — that overlaps comfortably with the UK and Europe, and covers early mornings for the US East Coast. If you are in a very different timezone we will agree a regular slot rather than pretend it is not a factor.

No, and neither can anyone else. Anyone who guarantees a ranking is either misunderstanding how search works or counting on you not to notice. What we can do is fix the things that measurably hold a site back, target searches you can realistically win, and report the results in a way you can check yourself.

That is exactly what the approval gates are for. You approve a sitemap, then wireframes, then full designs — and you have ten days at each stage. Changes at wireframe are free and fast, which is precisely why we do not skip that step. Nothing gets built until you have signed off on how it looks.

We hold time for your project, and if content is six weeks late that time is gone. So the agreement lets us close a project where content has not arrived within two weeks, with the balance becoming payable. In practice we would much rather help — tell us on the first call and we will send a simple content template, or quote separately for writing it.

No. We build websites, online stores, and course platforms, and we do the search, marketing and branding work around them. If you need a native iOS or Android app, or anything crypto-related, we are not the right studio and we will tell you on the first call.

A conversation, then a signed quote and the 50% advance. After that: your text and images, your logo files if you have them, and access to your hosting and domain — or permission for us to set them up in your name.
